Tamsen R. Reinheimer, Attorney at Law

Tamsen R. Reinheimer is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law (The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization). Ms. Reinheimer has significant experience in all aspects of estate planning, trust administration, and probate. She helps clients plan their estates with revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, property agreements, and numerous other planning strategies. Ms. Reinheimer also assists clients in administering trusts and probate estates after the death of loved ones, coordinates with clients and tax professionals on federal estate tax returns, and guides clients through the incapacity of family or friends.

Ms. Reinheimer is a frequent speaker at industry events on topics including long-term care, special needs trusts, and tax and financial planning. Additionally, Ms. Reinheimer is a member of the Women’s Business Development Initiative (WBDI), an Orange County based networking group for business women in the legal, financial, and other professional service industries.

Ms. Reinheimer received her Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California and her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Ms. Reinheimer is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Central District of California and in all California state courts. She is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association.


Noah B. Herbold, Attorney at Law

Mr. Herbold is a Certified Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law (The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization). His primary focus is assisting clients with litigated matters such as Trust Contests, Breach of Trust, Fiduciary Appointment and/or Removal, Asset Ownership, Beneficiary Rights, Determination of Heirship, Elder Financial Abuse, Property Disputes, and Conservatorships. Mr. Herbold has experience with constructing estate plans, creating complex trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, and creating advance health care directives, deeds, and other estate planning tools.

Mr. Herbold received his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California and a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) from California State University, Chico. Mr. Herbold is admitted to practice law in all California state courts, and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.


James D. Mortensen, Attorney at Law

Mr. Mortensen earned his Juris Doctor (Summa Cum Laude) from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California, and a Master of Laws (Taxation) from Chapman School of Law in Orange, California. He has a Bachelor of Science (With Honors) from Utah State University in Logan, Utah. Mr. Mortensen is admitted to practice law in the United States Tax Court, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California, and in all California state courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Mortensen was a Licensed Securities Principal and Insurance Agent in Utah and Colorado.

Mr. Price received his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California and a Master in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Hiram College, in Hiram, Ohio. Mr. Price is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and in all California state courts. Mr. Price is a member of the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Society of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters. He is a California licensed Fire & Casualty Broker-Agent, a California licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent and has the A.R.M. (Associate in Risk Management) and the A.C.U. (Associate in Commercial Underwriting) insurance designations. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Price worked in the financial services industry.
