About Tamsen R. Reinheimer, Attorney at Law
Ms. Reinheimer has significant experience in all aspects of estate planning and probate. She helps clients plan their estates with revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, property agreements, and other planning strategies. Ms. Reinheimer also assists clients to administer trusts and probate estates; coordinates with clients and tax professionals on federal estate tax returns; and guides clients through the incapacity of a loved one. Ms. Reinheimer is a frequent speaker at industry events including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s “Caregiver Legal Education Day”, National Business Institute Legal Seminars, “Bridging the Gap” for new attorneys, and is a regular contributor to the Riverside County’s Valley News.
Ms. Reinheimer received her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California, and her undergraduate degree in Communication from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Ms. Reinheimer is admitted to practice law in all California courts, and the United States District Court, Central Division. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, American Bar Association, South Orange County Chamber of Commerce, and the Orange County Women Lawyers Association.
About James D. Mortensen, Attorney at Law
Mr. Mortensen graduated with his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, Summa Cum Laude, and Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in psychology and pre-law with honors. Mr. Mortensen is currently pursuing a Masters in Taxation from Chapman School of Law in Orange County, California. Mr. Mortensen is admitted to practice law in the United States Tax Court, and the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Federal District courts of California, and all California state courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Los Angeles Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He was certified by Brain Bench as a Master of Financial Concepts, Financial Industry Knowledge, and Consumer Finance, and was a Licensed Securities Principal and Insurance Agent in Utah and Colorado. Mr. Mortensen specializes in business law, real estate law, tax law, and estate planning, and consults on civil litigation cases in Orange County and Los Angeles County.
About Dr. Paul Lin, Attorney at Law, Of Counsel
Dr. Lin decided to pursue a legal career after twenty years practice as a doctor of medicine. Dr. Lin’s years of experience and medical knowledge are a great attribute when advising clients whose loved ones are ill, incapacitated, or facing difficult end-of-life decisions. In addition, Dr. Lin is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese. His cultural and ethnic ties to his birthplace combined with his American nationality and education aids Dr. Lin in bridging the language and cultural barriers experienced by those in the Chinese-American communities of Southern California.
Dr. Lin graduated from Whittier Law School with a Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude. He received a Bachelor of Science, Honors in Chemistry, from Stanford University, and a Doctorate of Medicine from University of Washington School of Medicine. He is licensed to practice medicine in California and is a member of the American Society of Internal Medicine. He is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
About W. Robert Price, President
Mr. Price received his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California, a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and his Bachelor of Arts from Hiram College, Ohio. Mr. Price is admitted to practice law in all California courts, and the United States District Court, Central Division. He is a California licensed Fire & Casualty Broker-Agent and a California licensed Life & Health Insurance agent. Mr. Price is a member of the Society of C.P.C.U. (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter), and holds the A.R.M. (Associate in Risk Management) and the A.C.U. (Associate in Commercial Underwriting) insurance designations.
