Joseph ArmandJoseph Armand

Senior Administrator

Joseph has nearly a decade of experience running our office operations. His primary responsibilities include administration, accounting reconciliations, funds management, maintaining our computers and server, and various other responsibilities to make sure our office runs smoothly. Additionally, Joseph assists our attorneys with probate cases and helps our clients with their estate planning or trust administration by creating deeds, affidavits, assessor documents. Joseph has a B.A. from California State University, Long Beach and he is a notary public.

Lynette BurnsLynette Burns

Executive Assistant

Lynette plays an integral role in the daily functioning of our office by overseeing our front desk and serving as the first point of contact for our clients. She ensures that our clients are prepared for their appointments by making sure they have reviewed the requisite intake documents. Lynette provides administrative support to our staff, monitors our website dashboard, manages our files, processes and tracks our credit card payments, and is responsible for our office supply procurement. Lynette’s past employment experience includes working for the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, the U.S. Postal Service, and with Bank of America, N.A. Lynette is a notary public.

Julie Dinh-MooreJulie Dinh-Moore


Julie assists our litigation team with legal research and analysis, discovery, drafting motions, case management, client contact, and calendar management. Julie’s prior work experience was with an insurance defense firm in Los Angeles. She has a J.D. from Whittier Law School and a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge. In her free time, Julie likes to cook, go to the beach and spend time with family and her pets.

Taj HarrisTaj Harris

Digital Assistant

Taj is primarily responsible for digitizing and maintaining our electronic file library. He also helps our team with marketing projects, file organization, and record retention issues. Additionally, Taj assists as a general office resource for our team. Taj is on the Dean’s High Honor List and will earn his High School Diploma in 2020.

Cathy HwangCathy Hwang

Senior Paralegal

Cathy is responsible for estate planning document preparation, handling our trust and administration cases, and coordinating with counsel on our litigation cases. In her free time, she is active in the non-profit community including volunteering her time and serving as a member of the board for Child Creativity Lab, a 501(c)(3) located in Orange County. Cathy has a J.D. from Whittier Law School and a B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
