Jim saved us a bunch of time, money and aggravation Dec 4, 2025

I had to deal with a bunch of different law firms during a 4-year legal battle and lawsuit over a family trust as the trustee. I switched law firms 4 times because they just ran up costs and never solved anything. On our first meeting, Jim (an owner) first said, "Is there a way we can discuss with the other parties how to settle this without more legal fees and courts?" I've never had an attorney start off with how can we reduce costs and settle quicker! The other side was past that point and with Jim we prepared to move forward with the court case, but Jim flagged a bunch of their false claims and said we wouldn't back down. A couple weeks before the first court date they reached out and accepted what was offered 2 years before, and we all signed off on an agreement and settlement. Jim saved us a bunch of time, money and aggravation with his cool head, knowledge and skilled responses. Thank you, Jim.

Wow did I get lucky to have Tamsen, Noah, Karlee, Steven, and Denitta to handle my difficult case for my mother's trust. You won't find anyone like Tamsen who takes great pride in her business, making sure her client's needs are met at all times. At first, I was concerned that the case wasn't moving along quickly enough. As time went on, I saw that they are really great chess players.
